I am Richard Righton (MISRM Dip), holding a BTEC diploma in Remedial Sports Massage with the London School of Sports Massage and approved with the Sports Remedial Therapy Council (SRTC), British Athletic Council (BAC) and Registered with the CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council).

Based in Caterham and Croydon, Surrey I am an experienced Sports Remedial Massage Therapist to help you achieve your potential and enjoy your sport.
Working systematically and intuitively within a framework of assessment and rehabilitation procedures, I provide specific Deep Remedial massage (inc Neuro-muscular Technique, acupressure, PNF stretching) to identify pain, tension or restriction of movement. This means using massage techniques to effect change and "remedy" a problem, doing more than just relieving the pain. I address these problems to help you reach your potential.
Or you may simply want to enjoy a full Body Massage to relax after an event or training.
InterX Electro-therapy: (a Non-Invasive Neurostimulation Device)
I am also trained in the use of the InterX Non-Invasive Neurostimulation (NIN) device to support my work. This helps me address many Acute and Chronic conditions through the skin and nervous system to speed recovery.
